Do you have the time and inclination to roll the dice and try selling them yourself through other sources (paper, ebay, etc)? I don't really know for sure what the going rates are or what you can realistically expect to get for your stockers off ebay, but it seems like a fair trade value to me (note I didn't say "good" ..."good" and "fair" are two different things).
If I had the same offer on the table, I'd personally do the trade in and be done with it simply for the convenience. Maybe you could get a few more hundred out of selling the parts individually on eBay ...maybe not ...some people are very successful at it ...some aren't. By doing the trade, you get what you want, at a 25% discount, and there's no shame in that.
