Hey guys,
I spotted this on eBay and figured some of you might be able to make use of something like this:

If nothing else, it would make for quick and easy chain lubing.

At $75.00, it's a bit pricey though.

True enough. However, after thinking about it, there are advantages to this jack over jack stands.

1. Jack stands are not typically small enough to fit in a travel bag. This thing is.

2. Jack stands require more effort and time than this thing. This portable jack gets the back wheel off the ground in about five seconds.

3. If a raving band of zombies attacks you, you can pull this thing out and use it as a self-defense tool :lol:

I realize that it's quite pricey and usefulness is limited to a bike with a square frame (i.e. sport bike/sport touring bike), but I think it would be useful on a long trip to ensure the chain was kept lubricated.
