On both my older Kaws. I'm running synthetic 10W/30 motor oil, I always have.
When they heat up, after a few miles driving, shifting becomes alot more difficult, especially finding the neutral detent.
What's the reason for this? Is the oil just not worth a ****? The transmission parts change size when heated?
I've never owned a new bike, so I can't compare the difference.
Maybe this is just normal for all bikes ??
