I was going to fast this evening, (Showing Off) while approaching a Turn.., Rear braked Too Hard Apparently, and the Rear End got a lil Squirrely on me.... I thought my tire was Toast or Down on Air... Gee Close One...! (Zg1000)

Curious as to what type/brand of tire are you using and condition?

Perhaps, if you are prone to such foolishness, you should consider a newer bike with ABS.

Once I locked up the front brakes on a customer Honda RC45! The service manager rolled it from an enclosed trailer to my lift and said "make sure you don't scratch it". At the end of an extended joy ride, I mean bed-in test ride, I gave the lever my best squeeze at a stop light expected a little stoppie but the tire just slid with a huge howl and bars went to full right lock that straightened back as soon as I released the brakes. Everyone pumping gas at the corner station had stopped to see. I never told anyone back at the dealership lol 🤫 1 of 50 sold in the US

I was as shook up as after a near-death experience. I didn't account for the oil build-up at stoplights. Man, that bike was so easy to ride fast through the s-turns along a then lightly travelled road along a highway interchange. Smooth as silk power delivery and transitions.
