My manual says to get the ignition switch is to knock the shear bolts in a counterclock wise direction with a sharp punch and a hammer. It also says to drill holes in the middle of the bolts and use a screw extractor to back them out. I got lazy drilled the bolts out put the new switch in and put bigger bolts through the holes.
