I own a 2001 500R. I am looking for frame sliders and a set of saddlebags and or a tank bag. Best I can tell the Chase Harper Stealth Bags are nice sized and look good too. As for Sliders I have seen pics but I have no exposed surface to attach them as a bolt on. Do you think it would be possible to add them as a clamp to the frame? Like a C clamp type thing? Or would it pop off on impact? Does anyone have them installed thru the bodywork? I'd like to see a pic. Thanks

Not refering directly to a C clamp. More like a box that would draw shut with a bolt around the frame. the post could extend from there. Thanks on the sight info. They look wishy washy BUT the beat asphault racing stripes!
