Just Was Wondering If Anybody Knows If Iridium Plugs Are Worth The Money.can Get A Good Deal On Some And Was Thinking About Putting Some In Come Spring.read On Other Motorcycle And Car/truck Forums That People Are Saying They Do Make A Performance Improvement For Both Power And Mileage.
Just Would Like Some Opinions.

Do they even make an Iridium plug for the 1500/1600? Looked it up a couple years ago they did not.

Dont waste your money on iridiums.....you dont have a high compresion engine.....:wink: .
With twinspark setup you just need to gap the sparks (ewery 6000km - 3700 miles) like the manual says and you have to change them regulary ( in 24000km intervals - 15000 miles).
AND you will be fine. I use two range hoter plugs (number 5 instead of number 7 (NGK) and bike runs well).
Iridium is for racers.....:wink: .
