Can anyone help me. Needing to know at what temperature should the fan sensor kick the fan on to cool. Trying to determine if my sensor is still good on my vulcan classic 1500? Any information is helpful please. Wanting to get my bike up and running as riding season is here! Thanks, Starr

I think these have been approx. the same from day one. On (temp rising) is between 212 and 226 F. Off (temp falling) is between 203 - 217 F. Should be close to those values. On shows continuity, off is open.

1996, 44K, when I bought bike it had been sitting for 2yrs w/no love to it and when bike sat idling for 30miles when we did finally get it running, fan never kickked on, so wondering if it works, two carbs I believe.
