I took my bike in to get the new tire mounted and balanced. When it was ready the service Mgr. informed me that there was an additional $17 charge as they have to remove the pipes and bags to get to the wheel. I explained that when I called for pricing I always give the year and model and that wasn't in the quote. He wouldn't budge and I wasn't paying, and then it happened. The Parts Mgr. Hollered over that he forgot to give me the $16.95 discount on the parts I "just purchased" (I had pre paid the tire weeks prior). I looked over and he just said to go ahead and run the bill and he issued a credit.

Yes their are those who care.

That was good of them to do. If you don't get the whole price before you schedual, they should just write it off.

That i don't know but the parts manager was not involved in the service. He over heard the conversation.
