1st thing is to measure distance between your bar mounts. I think they are 3-1/2" If so, I believe you can use most any 800/900 /1500 or 1600 riser or most harley risers or aftermarket risers with some modifications. Most Cruiser handlebars are 1" diameter as are most harleys up until the last few years. Either drill mounting holes out to 1/2" for Harley risers (which have the same 3-1/2" riser spacing as the larger Vulcan and Yamaha cruisers) or by using adapter studs from the metric to the Harley size, several places sell the adapter studs, do a search.
If the mounting holes are wider than 3-1/2" center-to-center, you can still use the risers except for the ones with the one piece top cap like a lot of Harleys had. Most Honda cruisers had a 100mm (approx 4") spacing. Victory was 4-1/2".
I currently have Harley factory mini-apes in my Honda, worst thing is a bit of the bar knurling peeks out from under the riser caps. no big deal. New bars may require drilling a hole on each side for the switch box locating pins
You may have to re-route cables and/or wiring or get longer cables, depending on what you get for bars.
Be absolutely sure the throttle cable is not too tight with bars all the way to the stops both sides, you do not want it pulling the throttle while turning in a parking lot...
As for the wheel, Shows 100/90-19 stock tire size, There is a 110/90-19 tire listed in several brands, be a bit wider. look on the wheel for rim size, dia and width. Then check various tire specs, should have recommended rim widths. I'd think going from 100 to 110 should be fine.
Also a possibility may be to use the fatter 130/90-16" front wheel/tire (and fender?) from an 800B Vulcan Classic or 900 Vulcan. , maybe... Have to check things like fork tube spacing, fender clearance, fender mount, brake disk diameter etc. I have seen 800A Vulcans that came with the skinny 21" front wheel changed to the 500's fatter 19" wheel and tire. So it appears they can be interchanged. Not sure what, if anything, needs to be changed/done to do that.
