Im looking at putting new tires on my 79 kz1000 st. So if i got this right front is 3.50-19 or 90-19 rear is 4.5-17 or 120-17. Dennis Kirk had some but was wondering whats a good tire for this bike. Tracking, ride,wear are the three most important to me. Any thoughts?

3.50V-19 front, and 4.50V-17 rear. Dunlop F8 or Bridgestone S705 Tubeless! You might also check around for a reputable tire dealer that will mount and balance the tires they sell. While the tires are off, this is the time to service the forks (fork oil change) fork seals if theyre leaking and wheel bearings. Go ahead and service the final differential on the rear with grease for the splines and new hypoid gear oil in the diff itself. Have you got a service manual yet? If not, you need to get one!
