I have googled for days, called a kawasaki dealership and asked but it seems noone can figure it out, im at a complete loss, id just like to find out the engine year so i can get the factory carb and cover

its a 2 stroke 124cc the only numbers stamped are
K1E001180

does anyone have any experience with this could help? much appreciated
