After waiting 5 months for my Kawasaki seat it came the other day.
After few calls & emails I finally got a seat, but not the one I ordered.

I was so happy when it came, but when I opened the box my wife heard the expletave all the way in the back yard.

What do I do now?
I am sooooo angry with these people, first they tell me 10 days, then 2 months, then 4 months. I had given up on them when they called and said they have it, but they send the wrong one.

Ouch! I've had that happen as "the customer" and also at work here as "the seller". I've felt the disappointment of waiting, and the frustration of being yelled at because of an employee in shipping.

No matter which side of the fence you're on, it still sucks. You know they'll make good on it, but it's been a long road for you both.

SON OF A %@#$&!!!
Man, I feel for you. I can barely wait five days for something I ordered to come in. What a letdown. Did you call them and say, "You obviously sent me the wrong seat. See, the one I ordered isn't supposed to have tire marks and knife holes all over it. If you don't mind, please provide me a UPS sticker so I can send it back to you and hopefully get the right one next time. Thank you."

Humm Not good, mine just came last nite and it was so cold out and in the garage too so I just brought it in and when upstairs. I hope I don't have the same problem. I ordered mine back in August and had the same song and dance about the back order

What gets me is that now I have to spend more $ and take a trip to send it back.
Of course I'll bet they would not be decent enough to send the right one first before I send mine back, so the whole process could take another 3 weeks.

Send it back and get a Mustang. I love mine! Have several thousand miles of nice riding on it.

+1, send it back, get a refund. That's bull$hit. 100% pure and undeniably b.s. People wait less time for a fully customized seat. Can you hear my expletives in Northridge???

You definitely should not have to pay to send it back to them, it was their error. They should have some kind of RMA system (what most vendors seem to call it - Return Merchandise Authorization) and they will send or email you a UPS or Fedex label.

You should send it back and get a seat from someone else.

Thanks everyone, I am still so mad, even days later.
It really bothers me the way they treat me, I have never been treated like this before, and I don't know what to do.
They did say they were sorry.....for the 5th time.

Thier Motto must be:
IT'S OK TO KEEP MAKING MISTAKES AS LONG AS YOU SAY YOU"RE SORRY, YOU CAN JERK CUSTOMERS AROUND ALL YOU WANT, JUST SAY YOU'RE SORRY

I know you're upset John, but there was alot of heat created over the backorder, and now this shipping error makes it worse, for BOTH of you. The bottom line is if they're taking care of the return or not. You may do better to cut your losses and return it for a refund and then go with a Mustang or Corbin as someone else mentioned.
