Ok so on christmas eve I went out and pulled the top end off.
Cleaned everything and reassembled.
The exahust valve was full of carbon but still working.
the plug was wet so I lit it on fire to dry it out (not the best but all I have for now)

The air screw is at 3/4 turn out
The P-Jet is a 40
The M-Jet is a 150

I have no packing in the pipe at all (cause I cant get any today)

Started it up and let it idle for 10 mins. Felt the case for heat .
Once warm I took it out and beat on it for a little while.
Although rinning alot better it is still not 100%
If I twist it from idle to WOT it now snaps
If I hold it WOT in any gear it cuts out .Kinda hard to explain.
when I say cuts out I mean it will go from WOT to nothing then WOT again
Real fast. 1 second of high RPM then 1 second of Nothing. Like a rev limiter.

Any suggestions?

Turn the air screw out to 1 1/2. If that don't help then either change the clip on the needle or throw a 145 main in there.

well that sounds good.

BUT

I found my problem.
I have been going the wrong way

after going lean all the time i was told to give it some fuel by a local
racer. after moving the needle down , leaving the air at 1 turn, changing the plug heat 1 range, repacking the can,Changing the Fuel to 93 octane mixed at 42:1 , advancing the timing just a little, resetting the float level

IT RUNS GREAT

This local racer I spoke with while buying new packing/plugs steped up and started asking questions about my ride. then proceeded to pick the parts I needed. On top of it all he came to the house and in about 15 mins of us wrenching it was running like it should be.I tried to test the bike but with the ice/snow it just snaps and spins the tire.so now I have to wait for some dry time to ride.

Sometimes that is all it takes is another rider that has one up on ya. Been there and done that one. I have read other posts on here that studs can be used on your tires.
