That's an ambitious project, but with a CNC shop and Solidworks at your disposal I don't see why it won't succeed.
While I don't have the specific info you need, I am hopeful one of our many members might.

I think I speak for many members when I say this is an awesome project and wish you the best of luck and will be following it closely. Hopefully you will keep us updated on progress.

There are a few of us here who also have CNC & CAD-CAM backgrounds.

Does Solidworks do FEA or mass calcs? It may be useful to analyze various parts for stress/strain and for weight.

Will you by any chance be posting any youtube videos about this project? Would be awesome to see the crank being machined or ground. Do you expect to go through several stress relief cycles on the crank during machining?

I've always loved radial engines. They look so cool and they appear to be an ideal design for airplane use. Too bad they don't lend themselves to motorcycle use. LOL.

I was at an airshow a few years back and got a chance to hear this demo radial get fired up. It was awesome!!!

Yes, hard to figure out how to get one in a motorcycle frame, although I’m sure someone will have tried it at some point in the past!
