No real reason - According to my wife I like to alter everything I own and I would have to probably agree. If I had access to a full machine shop I don't think I would come out for a month.
You are right though, I would imagine no one has made the conversion...but then again, I've seen wierd stuff folks have done to their bikes.
did you ever find out if anyone has done this? i'd like to do it on my bike because the drum is such an eyesore to me...its got a bobbed rear fender and all i see is that drum...i'd like to show off my rear like my gian 21" front!
To my mind, the rear drum brake is very....um, traditional? (I despise the over-used terms "old school" or "retro"). The chain is cool too, and chains don't get any respect any more, but it's undeserved.
I have a 95 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 I bought some aftermarket rims need need to take the back room and replace it to make it disc brake where do I get the parts to do that
