What is your idle RPM? VN900

I just hooked up a TinyTach to my VN900 and found that it read 1200 RPM. The manual suggests 1000 RPM, +/- 50 RPM. I experimented with how low I could go and keep the engine running, but anything lower than about 800 RPM made the fuel pump change it's tone a little, like it wasn't getting enough power? Anyway, lowered it to about 900 and seems to be running fine.

For those of you that have adjusted yours, what are you at?

Man I don't have a clue, but I'll tell you one thing. I was having a heck of a time in traffic becuase my bike pulled so hard when I let the clutch out. Turned out the idle was too high and once I adjusted it down, it is a breeze. This is all new to me again, haven't ridden a bike in along time.
