From past posts like this everyone seems to say ATF Type-F.

Not exactly sure which area you're talking about. But, Use ATF type F (NOT dexron / mercon) TYPE F in the tranny. I splurge the extra dollar for Castrol Type F for my sons KX100. For the mix, I suggest a good mix oil, i.e. Amsoil, Motul, Blendzol, Klotz red label.

Oops:oops:! Easy to get the "oil" confused, I wasn't sure if it was the pre-mix oil or the tranny oil.

Are you talking about the transmission oil, or the oil that is mixed with gasoline to make fuel to go in the fuel tank??

Exactly what I was confused about, I think he means the Pre-Mix oil.
