They work SOOOO well that I imagine the only way anyone would sell theirs is if they completely abandoned the pullbacks. Go ahead and order a new set from SW...great people and great product...$.02

Great product I agree but per many others not so great customer svc. Others have placed orders only to find out their product was out of stock and took months to get to them. I'm just trying to find a used pair without the hassle of waiting months because it was out of stock. I've been doing ok for the last three years so I figured I can wait till I find a used one. In the mean time I'm still fishing so if anyone has one let me know

I ordered mine about 6-7 months ago...were delivered at my house within a week. I had several items on the order, one of which was backordered. They sent everything they had, including the risers, and then sent the backordered item which I received about a week later. So I have not had anything but excellent service from them.
