hey whats up does anyone know anything about this disc alarm?

It has a motion and shock sensor on it, 70$ only complaint iv heard is its to sensitive i really want it but dont want my neighbors to hate me...and to draw alot of attention to myself if it goes off when im locking/unlocking it...
