Update:

Figured I'd just post up my CL ad. I actually have two different ones. Follow the link below for one. In that ad is the link for the other. Both are portable. The Inno is smaller than the MyFi. Both are in excellent shape and will take less for a Forum Member.

I used my Sirius Starmate 5.
Mounted it to my handle bars via Ram Mount.
The volume would not go anywhere near loud enough, so I installed a little double A battery amp called a boosteroo and I was set. Did a 4 day tour of Canada's Rocky mountains listening to Sirius radio.
Oh and I just stuck the antenna to the backside of my mirror.
Worked great.

There are several options you could do. If I was just walking/jogging, I'd have it in a pocket or on an arm band. On your bike, I'd recommend a set up like Anamosity stated so that you can easily change the channels and such. It does have a small remote you could likely place on your tank or something as well to easily change it without having to shift too much.
