Thanks to Hiker for mentioning this site the other day over at http://kzrider.com. This looks like a good general interest Kawasaki board.

I have a 1979 SR 650 which is running great after buying it last April and working on it all summer. My next project is restoring my 1979 KL250 which needs a lot of help.

Motorcycles. What good fun!

Nate,

Welcome to the best Kawi forum on the web :D . We have a good time and every now and then we learn something 8) .

Put up a picture of you and your bike so we can put the name with the face!!!!!!

I love older bikes, going to have to build a shed just to hold the ones we got

Here is a pic of the SR, but I don't have a pic of myself anywhere close. I'd hate to shut down the Internet in such a manner. I know what you mean about the old bikes. It seems that once one makes a home somewhere it starts sending out invitations. :D

WELCOME!!!!!

Nate, Welcome to the Forum! Nice to have another Kansan on board! If you can't find the parts you need for the old 2 wheeler, let me know...I'm not advertising, but I know a place that has thousands of bikes. He'd rather part them out than sell them...I wanted to restore a 750 triple he has..but, the money is WAY to short on my end. Nice bike and definately nice to have you with us.
