The ZR7 is Kawasaki's oldest streetbike engine in a cheap modern frame. The engine design started on the Z1 in '73 and is a very refined, durable two valve bulletproof design. In the ZR7 it makes about 68 hp. The chassis is not as adjustable as most pure sportbikes but is capable within the bike's output. The tires and brakes are up to modern sport-touring but not race standards. The new hot naked 750 Kaw is the Z750 but it appears it won't make it to the U.S. this yearhttp://www.kawasaki.ca/retronaked/Z750/
