Hi guys

I have to do some maintenance to my '04 ZX 6R, and I need to remove the right hand side fairing. From a first look it all seems quite straightforward, but I would like to ask anyone who's done it before if there's anything i should particularly watch out for.

thanks

max

same question

I'm about to change the oil. I could not seem to get to one of the snap rivits on the inside of the ferring. If you get the thing off let me know how you did it, because its a pain in the neck. The right side ferring would appear to be interlocked with the other side and the mirrors. Maybe the haynes is the way to go. There always good to have around.

if you are talking about the top fairing there are screws into the sides of the petrol tank, up under the headlight and you also have to remove the wing mirrors. The top fairing is one piece as is the belly pan.
