I have an '03 zx6r 636. I've been experiencing a couple problems: I noticed a grinding or raddling noise coming from the clutch on take off. And not really sure if this is a problem but, I've noticed on start up it runs a little slugish but then idles up after a few seconds. Not sure what cause's this but I always have to start it with the choke on, and it takes a few seconds for it to idle up. It does have a power commanderIII, and not really sure how it is programed(purchased from someone else). any help would be great.

The noise from the clutch on pull off could be your clutch basket, that year doesnt have a slipper clutch and i had the same problem on my 03 gixxer 1000 when i had it. as for the sluggish issue, i'm not TOO familiar w/ how the carburated bikes run, COULD be the power commander not programmed correctly not adding the right air/fuel mixture. I doubt its electrical becuase you might have noticed something else where.
