Hi,
I just bought a 2006 ZZR1400 it has 4-2-1 exhaust.
Im wondering if changing the stock twin exhausts fir a single setup
will affect either performance or fuel economy.
Forgive me I’m pretty much old school.
Furthermore should the bike have been remapped as the guy selling does not know
if anything like that was done…..so I’m pretty much in the dark.

You should be ok without a tune (unless you want one) with just a slip on. If it has a header you'll need a tune.
