05 zx6r cutting in and out

i was ridding on the highway yesterday cruising around 80mph and tried to give it some gas to pass a car and the bike cut in and out a couple times like it wasnt getting any gas it did this twice and then ran fine again after that. anyone know what could have caused this the bike only has 4000 miles on it?

Does the bike have a power commander on it? if so disconnect it and see how it runs without it. Could just have got some bad gas on your last fill up. I would run the tank down, and if the problem continues iwth new gas then go from there.

There's no power commander. Thanks for the help I'll try runnin out the gas.

put some seafoam in it when you refill it somthing could be dirty.
