What did you use to plug the other hole?

 

I used an inch and half chrome plug for a sink from Lowes. $2.00. I think you can get them in stainless too. The larger plug is held on by a threaded stud and will not work.

I found a 1 1/4 knock plug for an electrical box that will fit the swing arm hole. I sanded it and painted it black. I also have the option to glue and 1 3/4 chrome sink plug to the knock out plug if the black doesn't do it for me. The 1 3/4 plug will need some Dremel work on the back to work with the plug.
