Bleeding front dual-caliper brakes

Ok, so I have got the bleeding a single disc brake down. However, I am having some troubles with bleeding two brakes. I have got some pressure to build up, but they are still spongy. Is there any method to which caliper to bleed and such?

The vacuum bleeder system known as Mighty Vac has the capability to dual bleed the front brakes. You need to go to their website,order the dual lines and the collection bottle along with the vacuum pump.
