UPDATE: It isn't hesitating as much, but now it revs by itself. I will be roling down a hill with the clutch in, and it revs to about 4 or 5 grand. The idol is fine, but it holds it revs too much.

 

too lean. you need to either adjust the fuel screws or find the air leak you have. spray carb cleaner around the carb boots etc. the idle will either go WAY up or it will come down and stall (youll notice a difference) just take your time spraying one section/carb at a time so that you dont get confused where the leak may be.

Air/fuel mixture screw is under the carb, I installed a thumb screw in mine so I can just reach under & mess with it. The a/f screw on my bike was covered by a plastic knob, if yours is the same you need to pull off the knob to expose the a/f screw. Do a search on your carb & you'll see where all the screws are.
