I got a great deal on ebay on the 900 Custom mini sissy bar, but it arrived without the mounting bolts and washers. For whatever reason the shop I bought from doesn't have them and doesn't know the correct sizes to send me. The specs for the bolts are in the directions, but not for the washers. Does anybody have this bar and able to send pix and/or measurements for the washers? Thanks.

Hopefully this link will work for a pic. Cutting and pasting on my phone.

Kawi sissy bar...

I have the factory bar. The "washers" as you describe them are more like a 1-inch long "pipes". When the brackets are held on either side of the plasti-chrome side covers, there is a space of about 1-inch on either side. The inside diameter is just large enough for the longer bolts to fit through and the outside diameter is not larger that the original washers, so that the "pipes" fit into the recess in the plasti-chrome.
Hope that helps. I can't take a picture without removing the entire bracket to get one removed.
I think this is why most agree that you should buy from a trustworthy seller who supplies all of the required parts.
Good luck.

I'm sure you can get the hardware easy enough from a dealer. Mine was put on when I bought it at the dealer. Check out this picture, you can clearly see the spacers on my bike before I erplaced them with the saddlebag supports.
