Hi there can anyone tell me the valve clearance specs as well as spark plug settings for a 2005 610 mule 4x4 just recently got one and it appears it has been sitting for at least three years so im going over it before i run it. Thanks

Set the valve clearance cold: 0.10 ∼ 0.15 mm (0.0039 ∼ 0.0059 in.)
Spark Plug Gap: 0.7 ∼ 0.8 mm (0.028 ∼ 0.032 in.)
You can also find a PDF specification sheet on Kawasaki.com that lists this information along with lube types and capacities, and so forth. Just follow the Owner Info tab to the parts diagrams, and you will see a screen pop up with the option to get the specifications.
